🏕 On Site Camping Information & Booking

📝 How to Request Camping

• On-site camping requests are collected through Agility Rocks at the time of event registration
• When registering, competitors will be asked to indicate their intention to camp on site
• This allows us to plan and allocate camping spaces as fairly and efficiently as possible

Please note:

• Indicating your intention to camp does not automatically guarantee a spot
• We may receive more camping requests than available spaces
• Camping requests will be reviewed and allocated after registration closes

We appreciate your patience while this process is finalized.

🏷 Camping Basics

• Minimum 50 grass camping spots available
• Spacious layout with room for trailers and dog pens
• Camping is on-site at the Dorchester Fairgrounds
• Spots are $85
• Assigned first come, first served based on registration

If you forgot to indicate camping during registration on Agility Rocks, or if you are requesting camping but are not registering as a competitor (for example volunteers or others supporting the event), please email the Regionals team.

⏱ Camper Arrival

• Camper arrival begins Thursday, June 11 at 3:00 PM
• Early arrival is not permitted unless otherwise arranged
• Vehicle set-up times and access details will be communicated closer to the event

🔌 Power & Utilities

• Inverter generators only (quieter and campground-friendly)
• Generators may run overnight
• Trailer water fill-ups are not available on-site
• No on-site sewage pump-outs

🚿 Facilities

• Clean indoor showers available
• Flushable toilets in permanent facilities
• Additional porta-potties with hand wash stations in the camping area
• Potable water available on-site for water bottles and dog water
• Flying J (west of Hwy 401 & Highbury) is nearby for sewer pump-outs

⚠ Important Notes

• Security will be on site; however, all equipment and personal belongings are left at your own risk
• Campers are responsible for ensuring their equipment is safely secured
• Please be respectful of other campers when using generators

🐾 Dogs & Camping

• Dogs must be on leash at all times
• Please clean up after your dog
• Shade and cooling setups are strongly encouraged based on weather conditions
